Damn f***ing

Today I went for car driving test. Surprisingly, there were quite a few foreigners taking the test. Among them are the Koreans and some from middle east countries. And even more surprisingly they spoke english without their accent. I mean different people speak english mixed with their own accent right? but they don't.
There was a pure Korean, a half korean and chinese, a malay, and me. Well, those guys kept saying "damn fucking......." that and "damn fucking" this. I don't know whether they are frustated or what. This may be normal in western countries as they always use it. But now in a country whose main proficiency in not english like Malaysia you can find people using these kinda words. Well, me too.
I think it's because the word "fucking" doesn't mean anything more. It's just a normal word nowadays, it's not considered a taboo and a foul word.
And not for the first time, foreigners have been cursing about the sluggishness of the JPJ(road transportation department (if translated literally)conducting the test, we waited too damn fucking long.......haha. And they were like saying " Malaysia boleh" sarcasticly. well, they are absolutely right.

A bunch of great acting

President Reagan is one of the most celebrated president in US, because he is very good in acting. Talking about acting, I believe nowadays political leaders are more skilful in acting. Yesterday, President Hu of China's first visit to the US. And I'm sure it is a day for him to forget. TV cameras yesterday broadcast President Bush and President Hu on the White House lawn at a major policy summit. Well, it was much like a comedy to me,maybe even better than "Friends"..haha. On the TV screen, you can see that the two leaders looked so "fake", they were like acting. Even the drama of the woman who protested during the ceremony looked like planned. There were too much bloopers. Maybe such poor preparation was intended.
Read more in the link below to see how Bush showed his caring to Hu.

People like to fight for power, that's why they are trained to become double-headed. Talking about acting, one worth mentioning is President Chen Sui Bian from Taiwan.Just a few days before his election, he was shot during his campaign, and the one who treated him is his own personal doctor, I guessed everyone knows what happening around.the blood should be tomato sauce, if not just a fucking red paint. At last he managed to scrap a narrow win, thanks to his effort to gain some sympathy vote.
Luckily, we the ordinary people are not so stupid. Based on a recent survey, people do not trust the politicians most.......

A forwarded e-mail.........from last year.

Guess what I found in my junk box, a forwarded e-mail and I find it to be quite meaningful....erm, though it's outdated.

The 1000 Marbles.

The older I get, the more I enjoy Saturday mornings.Perhaps with being the first to rise, or maybe it's the unbounded joy ofnot having to be at work. Either way, the first few hours of a Saturdaymorning are most enjoyable.

A few weeks ago, I was shuffling toward the kitchenwith a steaming cup of coffee in one hand and the morning paper in the other. What began as a typical Saturday morning turned into one of thoselessons that life seems to hand you from time to time? Let me tell you about it.

I turned the volume up on my radio in order to listento a Saturday morning talk show. I heard an older sounding chap witha golden voice. You know the kind, he sounded like he should be in thebroadcasting business himself.

He was talking about "a thousand marbles" to someonenamed "Tom." I was intrigued and sat down to listen to what he had tosay. "Well, Tom, it sure sounds like you're busy with yourjob. I'm sure they pay you well but it's a shame you have to be away fromhome and your family so much. Hard to believe a young fellow shouldhave to work sixty or seventy hours a week to make ends meet. Too bad youmissed your daughter's dance recital."

He continued, "Let me tell you something Tom,something that has helped me keep a good perspective on my own priorities." Andthat's when he began to explain his theory of a "thousand marbles." "You see, I sat down one day and did a littlearithmetic. The average person lives about seventy-five years. I know, somelive more and some live less, but on average, folks live aboutseventy-five years." "Now then, I multiplied 75 times 52 and I came up with 3900which is the number of Saturdays that the average person has in theirentire lifetime. Now stick with me Tom, I'm getting to the important part."

"It took me until I was fifty-five years old to thinkabout all this in any detail," he went on, "and by that time I had livedthrough over twenty-eight hundred Saturdays. I got to thinking thatif I lived to be seventy-five, I only had about a thousand of them leftto enjoy."

"So I went to a toy store and bought every singlemarble they had. I ended up having to visit three toy stores to round-up 1000marbles. I took them home and put them inside of a large, clear plasticcontainer right here in my workshop next to the radio. Every Saturday sincethen, I have taken one marble out and thrown it away." "I found that bywatching the marbles diminish, I focused more on the really importantthings in life. There is nothing like watching your time here on this earth runout to help get your priorities straight."

"Now let me tell you one last thing before I sign-offwith you and take my lovely wife out for breakfast. This morning, I tookthe very last marble out of the container. I figure if I make it until nextSaturday then God has blessed me with a little extra time to be with myloved ones......

"It was nice to talk to you Tom, I hope you spend moretime with your loved ones, and I hope to meet you again someday. Havea good morning!" You could have heard a pin drop when he finished. Even the show's moderator didn't have anything to say for a fewmoments. I guess he gave us all a lot to think about. I had planned to do somework that morning, and then go to the gym. Instead, I went upstairs andwoke my wife up with a kiss. "C'monhoney, I'm taking you and the kids tobreakfast."

"What brought this on?" she asked with a smile."Oh,nothing special," I said. "It has just been a long time since we spent aSaturday together with the kids. Hey, can we stop at a toy store whilewe're out? I need to buy some marbles."

(sigh) I will be turning 18 this year, but nothing has yet to be done to spice up my life. Guys, appreciate every moment you have.

*peace*

Some photos portraying some beautiful sceneries of the totally clean and unpolluted island and water. Yes, it is the Bora Bora Island located in the French Polynesia. Surrounded by a lagoon and a fringing reef, there are the remnants of an extinct volcano in the center of the island. It is a great place for tourism no doubt. Scuba diving is one of the famous activities but please beware of the sharks..haha

God power or human power?

Tongue piercing? ok, is it magic, determination and strong willpower, or they receive god's help to endure the pain? Ok, last week is a holy week for almost the whole world. Many countries went through ritual ceremony. Most countries having some fun on that week, while some more religious country are also having theirown "fun". You know, ritual ceremony began since human was born. And some of it is simply unbelievable.....beating each other, piercing your own body? In ancient times, some even bite each other's flesh. That is not suppose to be it.we don't abuse ourselves. Whether those people are forced or they are willing to pierce themselves we don't know . Those who were forced were unluckily. And the others believe it must be done as a tribute to god....where is the freedom? They are controlled by their own religion. You don't get rich by piercing yourself. As long as we dont commit any sins, there will be peace, no matter what religion. It's not that we don't respect each others. Sometimes people just get too "excited" about religion, and that causes war because basically they are "controlled" by their god. And it becomes a sin.....

*peace*

No such things as predictions

No matter how SMART you are, please do not make any predictions about the future. Because we just can't know what's gonna happen........Proven below. My top 10 bad predictions
«Everything that can be invented has been invented.» Charles H. Duell, an official at the US patent office, 1899. «Democracy will be dead by 1950.» John Langdon-Davies, A Short History of The Future, 1936.
«Read my lips: NO NEW TAXES.» George Bush, 1988.
«Who the hell wants to hear actors talk?» H. M. Warner, co-founder of Warner Brothers, 1927
«Man will not fly for 50 years.» Wilbur Wright, American aviation pioneer, to brother Orville, after a disappointing flying experiment, 1901 (their first successful flight was in 1903).
«I am tired of all this sort of thing called science here... We have spent millions in that sort of thing for the last few years, and it is time it should be stopped.» Simon Cameron, U.S. Senator, on the Smithsonian Institute, 1901.
«There is no reason anyone would want a computer in their home.» Ken Olson, president, chairman and founder of Digital Equipment Corp. (DEC), maker of big business mainframe computers, arguing against the PC in 1977.
Such startling announcements as these should be deprecated as being unworthy of science and mischievous to its true progress.» Sir William Siemens, on Edison's light bulb, 1880
«A rocket will never be able to leave the Earth's atmosphere.» New York Times, 1936.
«There is not the slightest indication that nuclear energy will ever be obtainable. It would mean that the atom would have to be shattered at will.» Albert Einstein, 1932.
See, no one can predict the future, so keep your finger crossed....

Don't believe in your eyes

How can this be possible??
What happen? I didn't realise that
there are 2 "the"s.......
What a shame..haha

When I first see this picture long time ago I can only see the young girl. But failed to see the old woman until a long time. Can you see it? Here I'll introduce a few sites, because they are really good.
www.michaelbach.de/ot/
niceillusions.blogspot.com
mightyillusions.blogspot.com

And wow, a 7m long python in terengganu, enough to make countless snake-leathered handbags.

And again, shocking things happen in Malaysia. A 7 year old girl died in a van after she slept in the van while going to school. She was basically 'cooked'.The van driver didn't notice her and locked her inside. Isn't that embarassing?? How could this happen? Where are the others children, why they didnt tried to wake her up?? This thing shouldn't be happening. (sigh)

Tired living in Malaysia

Yes, Malaysia do have some beautiful places like above. However, I grew tired living in this place. Is it because that I've been living here for 17 years??
The only foreign country I went is Singapore, and actually that is only our neighbour. Its a shame to call our country a developing country eventhough we do have some modern and unique buildings. We can be in a clean city, and after we walk about 200 feet. Suddenly you see a dirty and untidy place, rubbish and pollution everywhere. And still our state Selangor claim itself to be a first class city. The public transportation is clearly not up to mark. Once you missed a bus you never know how long do you need to wait. Some of the bus is so dirty and pump out unhealthy gases which makes me sick.
In my opinion Penang is the most interesting places in Malaysia so far, so if you want to visit Malaysia goto Penang. In the 9th MP the government is going to build monorail and another bridge linking the island and the peninsular. The most dangerous place is on the road, people drive inconsiderately, I am learning to drive and those action people show their skill in front of me. Corruption is still happening here, it does happen everywhere what to do? It seems to be a peaceful place in Malaysia but there is still many bad guys lurking around such as those thieves. For many people Malaysia is a very nice place but there is still alot of room to improve such as those public services. ( And hopefully the internet speed can be improvise)No matter where you from and reading this post, please comment what you think of Malaysia.

Just a recap...

So lets start with sunday, well I can't recall what did I do yesterday. I think I just watched racing almost the whole afternoon. Very exciting F1 Grand Prix in Australia, well I think racing is not about racing, just drama that makes it interesting......that's my thinking lar. Next is the A1 race, woohoo Alex Yoong also can win, so unimaginable. After that I went to Saerk's house for the 2nd day, Min Sern and Kwei were already there when I reached there. Well we did alot of stupid things like simply playing the piano and guitar eventhough I don't know a thing about them. Ok, that's about it.
Today I went to school to certify things lor. Met En. Shan, luckily he still remember me, haha. Then I went to Kasturi lor, ans the rain started to fall....sigh, I feel bored and called YenCheng, he havent checked his PSD status worr.....and when he checked guess what happen...... Good luck to those who got chosen tomorrow. Today I realised something-------that SMILE is always important, no matter where or when we must smile, with sincerity of course. Here is some quotes about smile.

People seldom notice old clothes if you wear a big smile. ~Lee Mildon
A smile is a curve that sets everything straight. ~Phyllis Diller
The world always looks brighter from behind a smile. ~Author Unknown
Start every day with a smile and get it over with. ~W.C. Fields
A smile is an inexpensive way to change your looks. ~Charles Gordy
The robbed that smiles, steals something from the thief. ~William Shakespeare, OthelloA
Every day you spend without a smile, is a lost day. ~Author Unknown
Everytime you smile at someone, it is an action of love, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing. ~Mother Teresa
You're never fully dressed without a smile. ~Martin Charnin
Peace begins with a smile. ~Mother Teresa
A smile is a powerful weapon; you can even break ice with it. ~Author Unknown
A smile costs nothing but gives much. It enriches those who receive without making poorer those who give. It takes but a moment, but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever. None is so rich or mighty that he cannot get along without it and none is so poor that he cannot be made rich by it. Yet a smile cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen, for it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away. Some people are too tired to give you a smile. Give them one of yours, as none needs a smile so much as he who has no more to give. ~Author Unknown
