Damn f***ing

Today I went for car driving test. Surprisingly, there were quite a few foreigners taking the test. Among them are the Koreans and some from middle east countries. And even more surprisingly they spoke english without their accent. I mean different people speak english mixed with their own accent right? but they don't.
There was a pure Korean, a half korean and chinese, a malay, and me. Well, those guys kept saying "damn fucking......." that and "damn fucking" this. I don't know whether they are frustated or what. This may be normal in western countries as they always use it. But now in a country whose main proficiency in not english like Malaysia you can find people using these kinda words. Well, me too.
I think it's because the word "fucking" doesn't mean anything more. It's just a normal word nowadays, it's not considered a taboo and a foul word.
And not for the first time, foreigners have been cursing about the sluggishness of the JPJ(road transportation department (if translated literally)conducting the test, we waited too damn fucking long.......haha. And they were like saying " Malaysia boleh" sarcasticly. well, they are absolutely right.
