What is that red blob in the fish? It looks like an alien baby pushing the bones aside. I can't believe a prehistoric parasite can be that big!

So it seems that the fish is the host for the baby....and....does it explode like the aliens do from "Aliens"? That is just gross!

What is a turbot larva anyhow?
